This work re-designs the processes and configuration so the system produces clean, reliable financial and cost data.

What this work involves

• Leading remediation to integrated ERP platforms, including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Made2Manage, Zoho, and QuickBooks.
• Re-designing the processes that feed the system, so data goes in consistently and correctly.
• Configuring the system to capture the cost and financial detail your reporting actually requires.
• Running user acceptance testing (UAT) so changes are proven before they go live.
• Stabilizing the system after go-live and documenting the process so it holds.

When systems need remediation

The signs are familiar: reports that do not tie out, manual workarounds and spreadsheets bridging gaps the system should handle, data entered inconsistently across users, or an implementation that was rushed and never finished. Each erodes confidence in the numbers, and each is fixable with disciplined process re-design and configuration.

How I work

I assess how the system is configured and how data actually moves through it, re-design the processes and configuration the business needs, test the changes through user acceptance testing, and stabilize after go-live. Because the system exists to produce reliable cost and financial data, this work pairs closely with standard costing and variance analysis and feeds the reporting leadership relies on.
