JD Brem is a fractional controller and financial operations leader with more than a decade of experience across manufacturing controllership, private-equity-backed companies, internal audit, and operational accounting. He is the Founder and Principal of Brem Enterprises, LLC, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and serving clients across Texas and nationwide.
Over the course of his career, JD has led financial close and reporting functions in manufacturing and industrial settings, operated inside private-equity-backed environments, served in internal audit at a Fortune 1000 company, and worked on transaction advisory engagements that included sell-side Quality of Earnings preparation. That combination of operating depth and deal-side perspective is the foundation of how the firm works with clients today.
